The Gloucestershire County Security Static Security and Manned Guarding solution gives you a permanent presence on your property. This involves one or more of our highly trained officers being based on site for the entirety of their shift and ensuring the security and wellbeing of the property, its contents and the people within.

During recruitment processes, we are thorough in our assessments of individuals applying to become a GCS Officer.

We only employ those who satisfy our stringent criteria and display the core values that we look for in a security officer.

Our Officers are given initial and ongoing training which covers but not limited to: Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Action Counters Terrorism, Best Working Practices, conflict management and site-specific training.
Meeting Customer Requirements
Before the commencement of a contract, along with the customer, we will develop site assignment instructions which detail the site requirements in full.
Our officers are then trained in accordance with the assignment instructions so that they develop a full understanding of their duties and can perform them to a high standard.
